Cancellation & Refund Policy
Last updated: October 2025
⸻
1. Introduction
Voyator Travel & Tours (UK) (“Voyator”, “we”, “our”, “us”) operates as a marketing intermediary, affiliate, and reseller for licensed travel providers worldwide.
All tours, flights, hotels, and chauffeur services promoted through our websites are supplied directly by third-party partners or Bókun-integrated suppliers (a TripAdvisor Company).
This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled when bookings are made through or via our platforms.
⸻
2. Bookings Made via Third-Party or Affiliate Links
When you make a booking through a link on our site that redirects to a third-party supplier or affiliate partner (for example, Booking.com, RateHawk, or Viator):
• Your contract is directly with that supplier, not with Voyator.
• The cancellation, amendment, and refund rules of the supplier apply in full.
• Voyator has no authority to process or approve refunds for bookings made on third-party platforms.
• Any refund or modification requests must be made through the supplier’s own customer-service channel.
Voyator accepts no liability for cancellations, delays, or changes made by partner suppliers.
⸻
3. Bookings Made Through Bókun (Tours & Experiences)
If you make a booking for a tour or experience listed on our website that is processed through Bókun, the following applies:
• Each tour or experience is managed by an individual supplier registered on Bókun.
• The supplier’s cancellation window and refund conditions (displayed at the time of booking) apply.
• Some products may be non-refundable or subject to a fixed cancellation fee after a certain time period (e.g., 24 – 72 hours before the activity).
• Voyator cannot override or modify supplier-defined cancellation terms.
⸻
4. No-Show or Late Arrival
If you fail to attend a booked service (e.g., tour, transfer, or hotel check-in) or arrive late:
• The booking will be treated as a no-show.
• No refund will be available unless the supplier’s policy explicitly allows it.
⸻
5. Force Majeure / Unforeseen Events
Voyator and its suppliers are not responsible for refunds or compensation due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, weather disruptions, civil unrest, or government restrictions.
⸻
6. Refund Processing
• If eligible for a refund under the supplier’s policy, funds will be processed directly by that supplier to your original payment method.
• Refund timelines vary by supplier (typically 7–30 working days).
• Voyator does not collect or hold customer payments; therefore, we cannot issue refunds directly.
⸻
7. How to Request a Cancellation
Please review your booking confirmation email for the supplier’s cancellation link or contact details.
If you are unsure of which partner processed your booking, you may contact us for guidance at:

📞 +44 20 3432 3874

⸻
8. Our Role
Voyator acts only as an intermediary and assumes no financial responsibility for cancellations or supplier-related refund disputes.
All obligations relating to cancellations, amendments, or refunds remain with the supplier or affiliate partner with whom the booking was made.
⸻
9. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to amend this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time.
The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
